Hi all!
As we have started to work on GIMP 3.2, we are already planning to release the first development version towards this destination. There is no string freeze yet and some strings can still heavily change, as well as new strings can be added.
Nevertheless this is still of interest to translators to know that we will soon release a first build for the general public (at least the adventurous ones!).
