We are planning to release GIMP 3.1.4 version in the coming days.
Again, same as for 3.1.2, this is a development version, strings are not frozen yet and things are still heavily moving. So don’t mind too much that we didn’t have a long string freeze phase. This will happen when we start moving into RC territory.

If you have a windows machine, it would be great to help testing a build that fixes a problem with ssl. SSL Error for python on Windows when fetching from https (#14722) · Issues · GNOME / GIMP · GitLab .
The bug is affecting plugins that fetch information from Internet like [this one](GitHub - ikks/gimp-stable-diffusion: Gimp plugin to create images with AI powered by Stable Horde). If you happen to have Windows and are interested, please test the windows build with the instructions provided in the issue itself and offer feedback there.
P.D: What would be a good place to invite windows users to test? There is already a [thread in Discord](Discord)
