Register to report a bug via GitLab error 422

Hi!
I want to report a bug through Gnome GitLab that requires either registration or login through Gmail, GitLab login, GitHub login and on any form of registration I get error 422.

I know error 422 refers to “the server understood the request, but refuses to process it”.

I should mention that I have tried all registration methods (direct registration, through GitLab, GitHub and Gmail) and it is not possible to register to submit a bug. I always get the same error with 422 as in the screenshot posted above.
