Can't select files with shortcut "CTRL+S"

I’m under gnome 43.2 (gentoo stable), and I have some problems with the shortcut “CTRL+S” to select files, it doesn’t work anymore.
I had complained that I could no longer define the default columns.

Now I use the filters to select but it’s not very practical, you always have to take the mouse again

Can you elaborate? It sounds like a bug. You may want to file an issue and follow the bug template to make a complete description of the problem for the developers to tackle it.
