Back to gspell, in low-maintenance state

Hi,

Just to say that I’m back to take care of gspell (among other projects).

But it will stay in low-maintenance state I think, since gspell works fine for gedit purposes and some other applications. It doesn’t suit the needs of all GTK 3 apps, but that would be way too difficult to achieve.

Still a few commits are planned, then a new version could be released (by following the GNOME schedule, since gspell is a “core-dep” in gnome-build-meta).
