Occasionally IMAP gets out of sync with the cache, It would be very nice to have an “Synchronize” or reload IMAP feature, even if it hidden in the accounts dialog…
I have had the same problem in the last months. I think I didn’t have this problem a year ago.
AFAIK Geary developers and designers are against the idea of adding a resync button, as the sync is supposed to work fine. On the other hand, IMO if the sync doesn’t work well Geary should display a warning. I’ve opened an issue here.
