Hi I have a python3 Gtk3 app and have this issue (no initial blinking on focus on empty entry) just in windows machines, after I type some strings the fix become solved, but empty no blinking at 0 like linux ones.
I test with and without placeholders along lot of other Gtk.Entry properties and nothing change about it.
