Hello. I am working on translating the software Health in the Gnome desktop. I have made the mo file and need to find what folder to place it. I am running Debian testing. This is a flatpak. I guess it should be located somewhere here.

Who decides where the mo file is to be located. Those who manage Health, flatpak, or someone at Debian?
