Where can I show a redesign of GNOME and have it accepted? Where are the Adwaita Theme files stored?
You don’t “propose a redesign”: you discuss what you want to achieve, and then explain what kind of changes you’d like to make.
Starting from “I have a design and I want GNOME to use it” is a recipe for (needlessly) confrontational discourse, and for inevitable let down.
