When Organisation filled, but name is empty, the phone number is shown in contact list instead of organisation

Both seen in version 43 as well as on latest commit from main (568995d3).

For many of my contacts, I only filled the Organisation field on my phone, and filled a phone number.

Contacts are synced via Google.

In Gnome Contacts, instead of showing the organisation name, the phone number is shown in the contact list. In my use case the prefferred behaviour would be to display the organisation name.

I could not find any issues related to this in the issue tracker.

Do others share my opinition on this preferred behaviour?
