VAPI changes in Tracker >= 3.5.0

Hi all,

Due to historical reasons, Tracker shipped a manually maintained VAPI file. Starting with 3.5.x, the VAPI file will be generated through gobject-introspection, see build: Auto-generate VAPI (!566) · Merge requests · GNOME / tracker · GitLab for context.

To our knowledge, the Tracker library VAPI file is unused in applications from the GNOME Desktop and Circle, it is unclear if there are other 3rd party users, or any case that we missed. Porting is anyways recommended, in any case shipping the old VAPI file may be a stop-gap solution.
