GCC 13 add new fronters like gccrs for Rust, gccm2 for Modula-2 , is it possible to add Vala as a GCC fronter (gccvala)?
It’s software: you could write your own GCC frontend that turns any language into the intermediate representation that GCC can compile down to native assembly, including Vala.
Whether it’s an easy task, I very much doubt it.
I’m afraid that there is not enough drive for community to do this.
