I’m using Fedora 35 with GNOME 41. After unlocking my computer, the title bar on the active window is hidden by the top panel. The non-active windows are fine and are not hidden. I can minimize the window and the maximize it again and it will fix it. This happened in the past but stopped after an update, but just recently started happening again. This problem persists on both my ThinkPad T14 (16:9) and ThinkPad X1 Nano (16:10).

I’m seeing this problem quite often on Ubuntu 21.10, usually during or after watching a video in a fullscreen window.
