There is no link to Discourse anywhere on GNOME Wiki

It seems that Discourse is not mentioned on wiki anywhere right now. Maybe it should be linked somewhere on the “Community” page?

Also, it’s definitely time to remove the Google+ button from gnome.org

Related to the G+ button, I already provided a merge request that solve this, pending approval.

Thanks, we in fact identified all of this this during the west coast hackfest. So we’ll work on fixing some of these “paper cuts” so that the site is up to date on information and eventually we’ll go for a full visual rebranding.
