Just wanted to give a heads up regarding a project I’m building in elfutils called eu-stacktrace. I’m aiming to produce an initial demo that works with the Sysprof profiler to credibly unwind stack samples in non-framepointer code. Still WIP but I describe my thoughts on what to implement on the elfutils-devel thread here:
