Support for color-labels in Nautilus

Nautilus should get a function to assign up to 6 color-labels to files and folders. That’s one of the most useful features in macOS and it would be great to have that in Gnome, too.

Of course this should be supported through the whole system, everywhere where files and folders are displayed, e.g. in the open- and save-dialogs.
