String changes in GNOME Initial Setup

Hi,

I have just merged two string changes to GNOME Initial Setup 47 (the stable branch), as previously approved. The changes are as follows:

Previously Now
Password _Reminder Password _Hint
Password reminder will be shown in case you forget your password. Password hint will be shown in case you forget your password.

The widgets to set a password hint during Initial Setup are hidden at compile time for 47.x, so updating these translations is not urgent.
