String changes in Document Viewer

Hi,

This MR changes a few strings in the keyboard shortcuts dialog of Document Viewer (i.e. papers): shell: Simplify section names in shortcuts dialog (!647) · Merge requests · GNOME / Papers · GitLab

New strings are: “File”, “Selection”, “Navigation”, “Zoom and Rotation”, “Search”, “Document View”. All are headings of the shortcuts dialog.
