String changes in Contacts 45.beta

Hi everyone!

Just wanted to give a heads-up that I just merged chunk: Add display-name and icon-name property (!266) · Merge requests · GNOME / GNOME Contacts · GitLab which introduces a couple of string changes.

Sorry for the extra work, but given that it really makes a difference on the a11y front, I felt there was a strong enough justification
