Split and rename of chrome-gnome-shell

Hi!

Traditionaly chrome-gnome-shell project was consist of the web-browser extension and of the OS-native part called connector. They always were released within single source tarball and versioned using single tag.
The first one was distributed to users via browser’s marketplaces and the latest was packaged by distributors for different OSes.
This lead to confusion eg version 10.1 was released without connector changes but picked up and packaged for most distros.

Recently chrome-gnome-shell project was split and renamed to gnome-browser-extension and gnome-browser-connector.

The browser extension continues current version scheme and will be distributed via marketplaces as always.
The browser connector now uses GNOME Project version scheme (with current release 42.1) and now supersedes chrome-gnome-shell distro package.
