This sometimes happens for me, and it is always either reboot or low battery notification that will not be closed at all.
This does not happen all the time, but when it happens, the only thing to do is to restart.
I put a short video of this behavior here, but I put it on my Google Drive.
If that doesn’t work, I’ll guess I’ll have to use a different platform.
I have no idea on how to search or fix this on my machine.
I am running Endeavour OS

When the low battery notification will not close, it stays on even if I start charging the laptop.
