If you would like help, you need to be more specific. How much time has Software spent loading? Which distribution are you using, and what hardware are you on?

IIRC, this was fixed in GNOME 45.
If you’re seeing this issue in >= GNOME 45, it’s possible that you have not updated your system for quite a while, in which case it’ll take a few minutes (~5 to 10 based on your network speed) to refresh the package sources and load the updates.
