I need to stop using the screen top and/or bottom margins in order to accommodate today’s web browser filled with banner ads, best-deal flags, last-chance flashers, and whatever comes next ! My new travel-top machine is 8x16 and few web pages will fit that small area, and remain readable.
Being a junior GNOME’r new to POP! I relocated the menu bar to the left margin, and trimmed the top margin, which is my problem.
How would that be eliminated ?
I’ve web-searched for a GNOME desktop without a top bar, there is none !
Any suggestions ?
