Shotwell unstable password storage change

Hi,

As a heads up: the freshly released Shotwell 0.31.3 now uses libsecret for storing service passwords. It will not migrate the old saved credentials over to the new service, which means you have to re-authenticate.

This is not a bug, it is meant to be like that.
