Hello,
the newly added screen time feature sometimes shows 24h or other very large numbers of screen time. I think it may be related to the suspend (to ram) type of sleep. It is a very nice feature, but I cant really use it because of that.

Should be fixed, or at least better, in gnome-shell 48.1, due 2025-04-12.
