Screen sharing a single window

I am on Fedora 40 Gnome 46 wayland.
I am trying to screen share a single window either from browsers (zen, chrome) or from OBS. I can share the entire screen but when I try to share a single window only a black window is shown.

I got the same setup as my host machine in a gnome-boxes vm and can share the single application window on the vm without problems.

I am a thinkpad with amd cpu&gpu. Dunno if it means anything but only difference I seen was that vm is using virgl and host using radeon.
I am new to Fedora/Gnome/Wayland, Where can I start troubleshooting this?

I create a new user in order to test, and it worked without problems in the test user. I tried disabling all the extensions and resetting the tweaks the defaults on my own user, but it didn’t make any difference, so I reset everything with dconf reset -f / and It worked. Even after re-enabling all the extensions it still works, so I haven’t able to pinpoint the root cause.
I will keep tabs on my customizations and update the post if can break it again.
