Proper method of remapping Caps Lock to Eisu on US Keyboards

Hello, I am currently using a US Keyboard and would like to be able to use the Caps Lock key as the Eisu key in the mozc Japanese IME, as it makes switching between IME modes much easier on my hands (and I’m already used to this layout on macOS). The main way I’ve seen suggested for this to be done is via the use of xmodmap, however its usage seems deprecated and the setup I have with it gets reset upon restart. I’ve investigated the Caps Lock options in GNOME Tweaks, however I wasn’t able to find an option that would be suitable for me.
