We are planning to release GIMP 3.2.0 RC2 already within 2 weeks.
As a reminder, strings are frozen since RC1.
masterBeen getting 504 Gateway Time-out on DL while submitting PO-files to
repo, both for 3.x and master.

There is unfortunately not much we can do on our side for such problems.
Apart of course accepting the PO files directly on our tracker through merge requests — as a temporary workaround only, to avoid missing the release deadline because of platform technical problems — but for this, please get the acceptance from your language team’s coordinator (maybe it’s yourself). And maybe DL administrators too? We know we are asked not to accept PO merge requests directly usually.
In any cases, make the bug report first if the problem persists, because if it’s never reported upstream, for sure it won’t ever be fixed! 
Hi all! Unfortunately, we had to break string freeze. We noticed that some operations were missing titles, and creating them as NDE filters via the plug-in API would cause warnings and crashes if you tried to edit them.
