Please add a banshee application tag

Hello,

After writing to the banshee-list regarding Discourse migration I got a response that they’d like to continue discussing about Banshee on GNOME Discourse. For this I’d like to request a banshee tag to be created.

Note as per the email, the Banshee gitlab module was archived. Seems users still discuss and want to discuss, so IMO why not.
