Plannned removal of SourceView 4 for the GNOME 45 Flatpak runtime

Hi,

Now that GNOME 44.beta is close, we’ve started planning for the 45th development cycle. One planned change is the removal of the GtkSourceView 4 from the Flatpka runtime as most applications have already ported over to sourceview 5. Applications that are not ported by the time GNOME 45 is released will have to bundle the library in their builds rather than relying on it being available in the runtime.
