Hi, newb, here! 
I was just wondering if it were at all possible to make the applications menu stay open permanently and (if possible) to exclusively exist on a single monitor in a multiple monitor setup.
But the main goal is a permanent applications menu, as I can at least drag that around. It’d just be nice if it were exclusive to a single monitor.
This way I can use a reasonably small touchscreen to handle such things, or something akin to that.
I have looked for this on here, and the internet at large, and couldn’t find anything that remotely resembled thing, plus the (always helpful [/sarcasm] …) stack crowd were their usual selves, too. 
I couldn’t see an obvious widget or extension to help with this, and am hoping that it can be achieved without the need to create a whole new application or something.
