Password Safe 5.0 beta release

Hello everyone!

We have just released a beta for Password Safe, for which we plan to release as soon as possible, any testing would be appreciated.

A build can be found in flathub-beta

flatpak update --appstream; flatpak install flathub-beta org.gnome.PasswordSafe//beta

Alternativale, one could install the artifact from our CI at https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/PasswordSafe as indicated in the README.
