OpenGL VAPI Missing

Does anyone know where the OpenGL VAPI can be located? I have checked both Valac and Vala-extra-vapi repos.

According to https://wiki.gnome.org/Projects/Vala/ListOfBindings there are two opengl vapis. I don’t know how good they are.
