Can i only have one destination in dejadup?
I want to back up one folder to Google Drive and one to usb drive.
Is that somehow possible?

No, but it is a frequent topic of discussion.
If it’s a must-have feature for ya, consider checking out Pika Backup which does allow multiple profiles.
