On app launch: maximize windows by default

Please make an option under settings for:

  • On app launch: maximize windows by default.

(imho) This is a pretty basic feature (that shouldn’t be an extension: that goes out of date and breaks).

  • The extension that was providing this feature is now “not compatible” (for 44).

This feature can be implemented in Just Perfection extension but I think you won’t have that in GNOME settings anytime.

Thanks for responding. I installed that extension but I can’t seem to find that feature.
Were you thinking of a different extension or did I miss something?

It can be implemented (It’s not there yet).
Open an issue on the repo if you want that feature there.
