Notifications Should Interact with Touchpad Gestures

Currently, notifications do not work with touchpad gestures.

I propose a few gestures to get the conversation started. Hovering over a notification should enable the ability to:

  1. Two finger swipe up to hide notification
  2. Two finger swipe to the left or write to dismiss notification
  3. Two finger swipe down to open the notification

What does everyone think?
