New strings in GNOME Settings

When the Wireguard settings landed one of its UI files with translatable strings wasn’t added to our POTFILES.in file.

This MR adds it GNOME/gnome-control-center!1915

As a consequence, 12 new strings would appear in the application.

My understanding is that marking previously-existing strings as translatable doesn’t need an exception.

Strings

The new strings are all the ones marked as “translatable” in this file panels/network/connection-editor/wireguard-peer.ui · main · GNOME / Settings · GitLab

Correct, by marking strings you are not introducing new ones and actually fixing an issue that would lead to untranslated strings being exposed. Thank you!
