Network manager wifi popup doesn't show up when connecting to a new network

My network manager gui is working. But when I select a new Wifi network the popup for password is not displaying.

So I’m using command line with --ask.

nmcli --ask dev wifi connect "Wifi SSID here"

How to I make the popup reappear?
