Need to have dns-over-tls from gui

we need dns over tls support from gui i have created a mockup and uploaded with a feature request anyone want to lookinto

dns over tls and https both can be enabled as network manager supports it is working on

### Submission type - Request for enhancement (RFE) ### systemd version t…he issue has been seen with > v238; master (34bfb98aceb037cf7eb042297eb003e1d6ba5133) ### Used distribution > Arch Linux Cloudflare’s new 1.1.1.1 DNS service supports both DNS-over-TLS ([RFC 7858](https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7858)) and DNS-over-HTTPS ([draft](https://github.com/dohwg/draft-ietf-doh-dns-over-https/blob/master/draft-ietf-doh-dns-over-https-latest.mkd)) according to [their announcement](https://blog.cloudflare.com/announcing-1111/#towardabetterdnsinfrastructure). We already have an issue for supporting DNS-over-TLS (#5671), but I couldn’t find one for DNS-over-HTTPS support. Google DNS also supports DNS-over-HTTPS ([reference](https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/dns-over-https)), but as far as I can tell it only supports JSON responses, not the DNS wire format used in the current version of the DNS-over-HTTPS draft. Cloudflare DNS supports both, depending on the `ct` query parameter (not the `Accept` header).
