Nautilus 43.1 delayed

Hello, release team!

Sorry for the late heads-up.

Having undergone the largest changes it had seen in a long while, nautilus has, unexpectedly, many new bugs.

Unfortunately a good number of them haven’t been spotted during beta, and we got them reported after .0

GitLab has been very slow at picking up changes to MR branches and also at merging, which has been slowing down the bugfixing effort.

If possible I’d like to request a few more hours to get the release done.

It’s up to you if you want to skip 43.1 and release at a later date, to be picked up for 43.2.
