More accessibility options for colour-blind users

As far as I am aware Gnome doesn’t have any accessibility options for colour-blind users so I opened this topic to discuss what kinds of options could help colour-blind users, and how that functionality could be implemented.

I’m working on a mock-up of the options in settings and I will share that when It’s complete.

Night light currently can do colour changes to the screen so maybe we could reuse its code and infrastructure for a colour-blindness setting.
