Minimum requirements for hardware-accelerated RDP in mutter/gnome-remote-desktop-daemon

I’d like to figure out what hardware and minimum GNOME version I’d need to be able to use the hardware acceleration on RDP sessions hosted by the desktop.

I get inconsistent outcomes testing Fedora 39 on various generations of discrete AMD and nVidia GPUs (don’t seem to work), and a very old integrated Intel GPU (works).

Since the Intel one alone seems to work, do I look for log messages that indicate gnome-remote-desktop-daemon has managed to hit an accelerated path through ffmpeg/VAAPI?
