Menu not usable with keyboard

I can press F10 to open the menu (the same that can be opened by clicking the right-top menu icon). But as soon as it is open, I cannot use the arrow keys on the keyboard to select menu items.

Is this a problem in Rhythmbox, Gnome or am I doing something wrong?

This is with Rhythmbox 3.4.4 on Ubuntu 20.04 with Gnome 3.36.8.

GNOME 3.36 is an unsupported version: it was released two years ago.

If you have issues with Ubuntu, especially an LTS release, I strongly recommend you ask on an Ubuntu user support channel or forum.
