That’s the result of using Anubis to block AI scrapers from hitting GitLab. Please, open an issue in the Infrastructure project to let the admins know, and see if they can put Discourse link preview into an allowlist.

This issue has now been fixed. Thanks to Bart!
It has a couple of limitations though:
Links in existing posts remain as Make sure you're not a bot
, unless they’re updated & resubmitted (as Discourse queries and submits the page titles during post creation time).
Some past used URLs which are cached might show up as Make sure you're not a bot
in new posts too.
