Like/Dislike in notification bar

I know it’s all about mpris2. I do not know where to write with a request to add this to the standard. Is it even possible to add this (by changing mpris2 or creating a new standard)?

MPRIS is basically unmaintained, but you’re free to try and propose an addition to the spec.

The chances of creating a new spec and having everyone adopt it are slim.
