Hello!
I’ve encountered a problem with Meld (on widows, 3.22.2 and some previous). When saving files from meld it adds a newline at the last line of the file, even if originally it wasn’t there. It is repeatable on any text file. Kind of annoying 
Meld has always behaved this way. There’s a bunch of words on this issue if you’d like to read them, but the short version is that this isn’t easily fixable, and all of the workarounds have caveats.
