The last paragraph for “About Gnome” at GNOME Release Notes, display a link “you can” to join the community but the page it points to doesn´t exit.

The link “you can” redirects to: https://www.gnome.org/get-involved/ and doesn´t exist.

I think it should redirect to: https://welcome.gnome.org/ instead.

If this is not the place to report this kind of issues, apologies then. Where should I report it? Or even fix it my self if possible.
