Issues when opening remote volume on davs:// ("not supported on this OS")

Hi, for a couple of years, from within Nautilus I could mount Nextcloud files manually in a jiffy.
What I did was to use the davs:// protocol to connect the Nautilus file manager to my Nextcloud share, typing in
> davs://b2drop.mydomain/remote.php/dav/files/USERNAME
and entering my credentials. I could then create a shortcut as a “bookmark” to be kept in the lower left panel.

NOW: When on Nautilus’ main page, clicking on Network in the left panel and then the small information icon (i) tagged “Server Address Information” at the bottom of the window, the webdav protocol is no longer listed among the available protocols (afp, ftp, ssh, nfs, smb). If I try to input a davs://… address, all I get is: “This operation is not permitted on your Operating System.”

Can someone confirm that davs is no longer supported and therefore NextCloud is invisible to Nautilus (at least for Archlinux users) ?

Nextcloud supports the Webdav protocol and I run Archlinux with v47.0 of gnome, gdm, nautilus, and v1.56 of gvfs-goa.

Do you have gvfs-dnssd installed? Arch split that out into a separate package.

Just checked and no I do not have it installed.
I will test that once installed and will report here afterwards.
Thank you.

Installed and everything goes very smoothly again.
Thank you very much for the nudge, @skeller !
