Is there a way to define a keyboard shortcut to pop out the color selection dialog for Foreground or Background colors

As title says. Can’t find anything that looks like it in the shortcuts editor.

Also, I always wondered why there are FG/BG color selection dialogs and a Colors dockable dialog, which is the same… almost.
