Is there a way to assign one screen exclusive to one application in a multiscreen setup?

I often use graphical VMs an VNC/RDP on a setup with two screens in Gnome on Wayland.
Is it possible to assign one of the screens exclusively to the Window (or to the App) that displays basically a whole different computer?
Ideally two things would happen:

  • when VM/VNC/RDP window opens, it would open full screen / maximised on the dedicated screen
  • other “normal” apps / windows (firefox, terminal, music player, …) would be moved from the dedicated screen to the other screen (which is also the primary screen). At least their windows will not be placed on the dedicated screen when window placing happens.

The apps I use:
VM: looking-glass-client
VNC: gvncviewer
RDP: remmina
